2. Making a Contract with us

2.1 When placing order with us, you are offering to buy the goods and we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order.

2.2 Should the goods no longer be available or we have made a pricing mistake, we will e-mail you to let you know as soon as possible. 

2.3 Images and descriptions of products on this website are provided in good faith and show the product as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods and they may vary slightly from the image shown on the website.

2.4 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.

2.5 This contract is covered by English law.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. How to place order

 

3.1 You can use our website to place by selecting products and adding them to your basket and you can update your basket at any time.

 

3.2 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

 

3.3 You will be asked to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. On occasion we may accept your order and later request payment when the order is confirmed.

 

3.4 We use secure payment facilities and you can pay for your on-line order by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, ApplePay, GooglePay or PayPal.

 

3.5 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the appropriate current rate.

 

3.6 Prices stated during on-line promotions apply to purchases on the web-site and apply only during the period stated.

 

4. Delivery & Carriage Charges

 

4.1 Goods will normally be dispatched  within 1-2 working days of us accepting your order. Any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice.

 

4.2 We use a number of delivery services and delivery times are subject to their service levels at any given time.

 

4.3 We may despatch your order as more than one delivery but this will not change the carriage charged.

 

4.4 We can deliver anywhere in the UK and many other places. Some large items will be identified on our website as collection only.

 

4.5 We will deliver the goods to the address specified on your order. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

 

4.6 It is not possible to change the delivery address once items have been dispatched.

 

4.7 Please check the goods on delivery and notify us of any damaged or missing items as soon as possible. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. 

 

4.8 Sometimes we may be prevented from dispatching your goods as planned for reasons beyond our control. We will try to put things right as soon as possible but cannot be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

 

4.9 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.

 

5. Cancellation and returns

 

5.1 You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone. Contact must be made before returning items to us.

 

5.2 If you do cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging, at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We may ask you to send us a digital photograph of the product before you send it back. We may specify an alternate address to return the goods to.

 

5.3 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

 

5.4 This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

 

5.5 Some products, such as Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

 

 

6. Faulty Goods / Guarantee

 

6.1 All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty. 

 

6.2 The manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to the rights that the law says you have as a consumer and accordingly, your statutory rights are not affected.

 

6.3 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us as soon as possible by email or in writing providing details of the problem. We may ask you for a digital photograph of the problem before deciding whether to ask you to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

 

6.4 If an exchange is necessary, we will arrange this without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until we have received and checked the original goods. 

 

6.5 The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility. When we have inspected and confirmed that the goods are faulty, we will refund your reasonable postage costs. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

 

7. Liability

 

7.1 We supply goods intended for reasonable domestic and private use. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage if you use goods for commercial purposes or resell them.

 

7.2 We ensure the we use reputable commercial software and security systems. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately. 

 

8. Data protection and privacy

 

8.1 We will treat all information according to the requirements of relevant regulations (GDPR). Your details (order, name, address/es contact details and IP address) is supplied to us to allow us to process your order. We do not hold onto your payment details.

 

8.2 We will share your details with our employees so they can process orders and send them to you. We may share your details with our suppliers, where we have an arrangement in place for them to fulfil orders directly. Our suppliers will only use your details to prepare and send your order to you.

 

8.3 We will only contact you regarding your specific order, we do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have given us specific permission to do this.
